Comfortable, everyday shoe. I work in a special ed preschool and I am on my feet all day long. These shoes were comfortable for that purpose right out of the box - no breaking-in time necessary. They actually remind me almost exactly of the standard, everyday shoes I remember most European women wearing from the age of about 40 on - practical, simple, can go with anything. My only complaint is that the shoelaces are a bit short, so they keep coming untied, but that is easily remedied by simply buying a pair of longer shoelaces. A great everyday shoe.
