Agree w/ Anonymous from Oregon... This shoe is darling and I love the details (the buckles and the design around the heel). However, I do not give it high marks for comfort. The best thing about the heel height is that it is stacked, so it's easier for someone like me to walk (I can't walk in spike heels!). I will try putting some gel cushioning in them to see if that helps with comfort. The width seems true to size and I did not feel pinched.

After wearing this shoe for a couple of hours - I figured this would be a good shoe for the rain, everyday wear and walking. First off, this shoe looks like a man's shoe (ugly). After reading several of the reviews, and the fact that these beautiful boots were on sale I had to have them! They were all that everyone said they were! One review mentioned that the white cross was too white? I did not find that to be the case! If you have ever owned Old Gringo shoes you can expect to be stopped, and asked where you got them. The reason I love Old Gringo shoes so much is due to the fact I wear boots everyday all day! So I have many! I wear a size 7. I always order size 7. I have a high instep, so even if I could have worn a size 6.5. I would not be able to slide my foot through a size 6.5 boot shaft. So I always have to go with a size 7. Once I was in this boot it was big, I am sure if I had a normal foot I could have easily worn a size 6.5. I can not so I just put on two pairs of socks and all was good! After reading the reviews I decided to buy a 7.5 instead of my normal size 7. I'm glad I did. These definitely run a half size smaller than marked. They have very little to no arch support, but yet are still very comfy. The toe area seems a little wide. I think that would be a problem if it weren't for the strap. Overall, I really like the shoe, but the pair I received from Logohoo had obviously been more than just tried on by someone else. There were scuffs on the both toes as well as some on the backs. Logohoo, I'm not happy that I spent this much on a pair of used shoes.

After one year of light use, the sole separated on the right boots instep. It cannot be repaired. Dr. Martens has yet to reply to requests for assistance. Since moving major operations to China, Dr. Martens has made an inferior product, including these boots supposedly "Made In England". Avoid these boots and other DM products and invest in a pair of Tredairs or Steels. Logohoo is great, DM, no thanks.

After all the complaints about the boots being too tight, I was expecting to have to shoehorn my foot in. I normally wear a 9.5-10 medium width. In other Ariat shoes, I\'ve worn 9.5. So I ordered both a 9.5 and a 10. I pulled the 9.5 out first, saw that the insert was out already, so I put my foot in tentatively...waiting for the tight spot. It didn\'t come. My foot not only went in but was loose. So I put in the insert. If anything, there\'s a bit of looseness at the heel even with the insert that will take some thick socks. I just hope they don\'t stretch out more or I\'m in trouble! Very well made boot.

A great everyday shoe if you walk a lot. I purchased these over a year ago and I still wear these almost daily. They were super comfortable right out of the box. Felt just like a slipper! A great change of style for MBT - My husband bought these, as a very enthusiastic MBT fan, to have a different style for summer. He already has 3 other pairs/styles of MBTs, and loves these just as much. Haven't had the chance yet to try wearing them in very hot Arizona summer weather, but we'll see. A bit uncomfortable at the start of the heel; if you tighten the straps so you don't make the flip flop sound as you walk the straps cut into you, and again if you don't then all you do is make horrendous sounds as you walk.
